Dante began his career at the flagship Bumble and bumble where he worked as a stylist and worked closely with the product development team to test and discuss the creation and marketing of new products as well as rebranding and reformulating of old products. This included testing on live models and presenting new products to beauty editors and influencers. Post Bb Dante worked for Luxury Brand Partners and was part of the team that educated and launched the mens brand V76. His role there included developing and executing live, choreographed presentations for industry leaders (2,000+ attendees); delivered hands on education to stylist and barbers and lent his expertise in overall brand development.
The next stop in Dante’s career led him to Harrys to help create their first line of mens hair care products. During this two year endeavor, he was the point person to test and develop each product within the line, testing 6+ products and launching 3 to market, with several more still in the works. The marketing team leaned on him heavily to help create a brand voice and decide what direction to take in respect to the product types that are in demand. He was the sole hair professional that launched the line giving demos and education to the public and to influencers at their launch event. In addition to these experiences he also has consulted for various brands including Glossier and arfa.
